House Rules
Parking:
There is a spacious private parking lot right in front of the cabin, it should be enough for 3 cars.
Parked vehicles CAN NOT park on the streets
If guests cannot comply with the parking rules they will not be allowed on the property. Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle's owner's expense.
Trash & Recycling:
Guests need to collect their trash bags and throw them at the dumpsters of Pla-Vada community upon departure. All of the trash should be in a trash bag, no loose items in the bins. The dumpsters are located on the right side of the community entrance when you exit the community after the bridge. There is no separate recycling dumpster in the community, please dump everything in the dumpster.
