KissimmeeWe welcome you to stay in our home located in the Windsor Hills community with a water park, slides, theatre and so much more! The house is just 3.5 miles from Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Our home has 6 large bedrooms including laundry in the home, an 8 seat home theatre, TVs in every room, a large swimming pool & spa with a large patio cover, plus a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. House Rules
Parking
There is a THREE CAR MAXIMUM per Windsor Hills property address - exceptions MUST be: approved by the General Manager PRIOR to arrival or ENTERED INTO DWELLING LIVE prior to arrival.
Parked vehicles CANNOT block sidewalks.
Parked vehicles CANNOT park on the streets or grass.
There are only TWO vehicles allowed to be parked in the driveway - additional vehicles MUST park in the oversize parking lot or near the clubhouse.
Registered guests CANNOT share parking passes with unregistered guests.
If guests cannot comply with the community access rules they will not be allowed on the property.
Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle's owner's expense. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Osceola Sheriff's Department and the property manager/owner will be notified.
Clubhouse Access:
All adult guests' names must be presented to the host prior to check-in in order to access the clubhouse amenities and register with staff. Guest must wear wristbands at all times in order to access the pool area. Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $30/Day
Trash & Recycling
At Windsor Hills, each condominium, town home & pool home is equipped with a bench-mate to store trash until it is collected. The bench-mate for your home is located just outside the home's front door.
Trash is collected every day after 7:00 AM.
Compactors are located at the corner of Comrow St & Almaton Loop, next to the playgorund on Dinville St, at the corner of Archfeld & Teascone Blvd (at the hilltop) & also in the recreation area parking lot. Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $30/Day plus tax. Heater works from 8 am to 8pm as the system only will heat for 12 hour max daily. We recommend turning on the spa to keep the water running warm.
